I just wanted to say how much I freakin' love this album. Sorry it took me this long to get around to listening to it!
Hope all you hard-cores are having a blast south of the border, and hope the rest of you are having blast doing whatever it is you're doing in whatever part of the world you're in doing it in.

Mink I am officially addicted to "Missing You", was the first thing I played in the car on the way to work today!! And his version of "Whiter Shade of Pale" is so great.
And trust me, remarking about how great Sammy's voice is especially on tracks like "Connection" is NEVER off topic in my eyes!!♥
Speaking of that amazing voice, let's hope he gets it back pronto for all the faithful Cabo fans!! Sammy you kick ass in everything else you do, so kick that cold's ass and get back up there!!!

I'm glad you posted this. I love this album as well. Some great tracks indeed. I really like Missing You and his version of Whiter Shade of Pale is one of my all time favorites. Sammy just sounds great singing it.
The I Never Said Goodbye cassette is a must have in my mind. Of course I prefer cd to cassette, but you gotta do what you gotta do. The whole thing is great, from start to finish. I saw Sammy twice on the Marching to Mars tour and both times he played Returning Home. The first time I heard it live I about pissed myself. One of my favorite songs, and it totally suited that tour, with Sammy fresh from Van Halen and all.
This is a bit off topic, but it got me thinking about songs I particularly like Sammy's voice on, and Connection came to mind from Paper Money. Great song!
Alright, enough of my rambling, I'm off to listen to some HSAS!
Yes I love that cd! I actually just listened to Top of the Rock yesterday. I didn't have it until last year. I told my wife it was all I wanted for Christmas! Here's to wishing I was in Cabo! Get well Sammy!

I'll have to check it out. I love Neil Schonn (sp) and I don't believe I've heard this one yet. This weekend I picked up a cassette of "I Never Said Goodbye" at a yard sale for a dollar and it kicks serious butt.
