Hello!! That time of year where we all get ready to head down to Cabo for the Birthday Bash and once again I would like challenge each of you to bring a suitcase of kids clothes and/or shoes to help the people in the Barrios. Once again we will be going out and passing the stuff out to them. We will meet in the Playa Grande lobby Thursday Oct 11th at 830am to head out! Even if you can't make the trip out to the barrios, please bring a suitcase and I will get it where it needs to be!! Last year we had 43 suitcases we took out and this year I already have 20 filled myself.

I am calling all of you out this year!!! Take an extra suitcase of clothing, shoes, toys, leashes, etc and donate them to ADLN or Solmar Foundation. Solmar works with every kind of charity you can imagine from Senior centers to homeless shelters to animal shelters to child daycare centers. You name it, they probably work with it so spend an extra $40 for an old suitcase and fill it up!! If you don't have anything, then head to Goodwill the 1st Saturday of the month. everything is half price so you can get kids shorts, shirts, pants for $1!!!

How about an acoustic version of this with proceeds going to Cabo Hurricane relief????

I just returned from Cabo yesterday so I missed the initial uproar on this year's turn of events. I said same thing when they went to lottery, make it so everyone gets 1 show before people can get a 2nd show. I really thought that is how they would do it this year. I loved when they did it online sales and got 2 shows out of the 4. I too have been shut out the last 3 years from lottery but fortunate enough to get a ticket from a friend for a show each year.
