Bum Rap By ticketmater and Mid Florida Amphitheater

Very upset that the show was cancelled. I bought my 4th row tickets months before the Covid Crap came out. I spent $837 for two tickets. Ticketmaster said They said they were giving a refund. Called my bank today and the money has not been refunded.Just Called ticketmaster and their automated system says they won't be giving me a refund. What a bummer. Any suggestions??? Did you put in for a refund? You should have gotten an email alert from Ticketmaster to do so or log into your account. When you log into your account go under events and find this show. It will then give you refund options. The other idea is to call the bank of the card used and request what is called a chargeback.
