Which beach? where?

If they follow the ticketing like the past 10 years the only ones you can buy in Cabo are the Dinner/Show combo. These are sold first come/first serve and people sleep on the streets typically 24 to 48 hours to get them. This year could be upwards of 72 hours. The on sale has typically been October 6th at noon for the 7th and 9th, and October 10th at noon for the 11th and 13th.

What does by lottery mean? I been waiting n don't wanna miss tickets
We are booked to travel with a group from St. Louis, MO. with radio station KSHE-95, and will be in Cabo October 9th - October 14th. I think the lottery might begin in July and you can buy tickets if you are in Cabo when they go onsale. This is the info our travel agent sent me: Sammy usually has shows October 7, 9, 11 and his birthday October 13th. Tickets to the shows will be done through redrocker.com by lottery. Please remember, the party is outside the cantina also if you do not get tickets. We have all heard about 70th concert on the beach, but do not have confirmation on that.
It is too early for an official announcement. That usually comes in June/July. You can nearly guarantee dates to be October 7th, 9th, 11th, and 13th. If Sammy's wish happens the 13th show will be on the beach.
