I got an e-mail that said I won 2 tickets in the Second chance draw for October 7, 2016 show. I can't find any way to actually buy my tickets. I tried calling ticketfly and they said they don't have tickets for this event.
Who can I contact? What can I do?
It says that tickets must be purchased by today, August 22, 2016 by 9:00PT. I don't want to miss it.

I call BS. Why are some people getting 2, 3 or 4 nights while some people get none??? How is this at all fair.
This system is absolutely unfair. How can folks get 2 nights in the drawing while lots of folks got none? There has to be a better system out there...sleeping in the streets of Cabo waiting in line was far better!
Came thru at 918 pm 8/17..got first night!
My friend just saw her email this morning....she got night 2 AND 3!!!!
