How do you get promotion codes for presale tickets

I am new to this site and I see that the tickets for South Lake Tahoe have a presale date for Red Rocker members. It asks for a code, I was just wondering how you get a code to buy the presale tickets.

It is very annoying. I know that it is a lot of work to run these web sites, but we count on them for info. It was a shock to hear about tix going on sale so soon after this site anounced it.Oh well, i got my tickes so I can't complain too much.
Yeah, for some reason, even tho Club1013 has been defunct for some time now, the sales team sends an email with all the information only to former members. As someone who has bought more than my share of tickets through RR, I find that mildly annoying to majorly irritating. Most places like to notify their customers when there's something going on.
It is redrocker. I got an e-mail from the old 10-13 club.
Try using redrocker I know it has worked in the past
