B day Bash Tickets ..HELP

I recieved an email I got tickets for October 11th...however, I am unable to puchase the tickets!! I recieved an error meesages stating "414 request - URI too large"
I cannot purchase the tickets and have tried calling evenbrite, sent emails and no response... has anybody else had this problem?
Need help, don't want to miss out in buying my tickets!

Having the same issue emailed them and hoping to hear back before tomorrow; fingers crossed
Can you please help me I have sent several emails to redrocker with no reply and time is running out! If I don't purchase by July 2 nd I loose the tickets.

Send a pdf of your email to info@redrocker and let them know you were unable to purchase your tickets. I was just helping someone else resolve this.
