meet and greet winner

what happens if the winner isn't really going to the show? any one could've clicked "I'm Going" for every show. the winner for the st. paul show is from california. i realise people travel, but what if they aren't really going and someone else could win who is? i don't mean to start anything and i'm not saying that this person won't be there, but at the same time, WHAT IF?

thanks for the info. i don't mean to sound bitter(although i would love to be the winner), it was more of an observation than anything. i, too, hope that no one purposely tries to screw it up for the rest of us. it would be very sad for the winner to not be there. can you picture sammy, vic, mona and david sitting alone in a room for the 5 or 10 minutes set aside for the meet and greet, checking their watches, lol. again, not being an ass, just pointing out the potential problem. i'm VIP for saturday and i will have my license plate with me, hoping to get it signed(sammy if you're reading this - MN. plates / 1WAY2RK - please look for me). shots on me in st. paul on saturday!!!

Hi Mils-- first off, if you don't have a ticket, you shouldn't be clicking on the button. That said, should somebody be overly optimistic (or have one too many waboritas and hit the wrong button) and end up winning the passes, they'd have a few days to try and get tickets and get there, otherwise they'd be out of luck. If they were unable to get tickets, I'd expect them to let us know so we could select another winner, which we would happily do! Hope that clears it up for ya! :}
