Sammy, Birthday Bash needs to be a huge fundraiser for Cabo!
Sammy,
This is an open letter to you, Toby Keith, and Kenny Chesney.
Please consider making Birthday Bash a big fundraising concert with your regular cast of friends and characters. Cabo is hurting!! While the big resorts will rebound, many of their employees live in substandard housing and without support, may not be able to live in paradise anymore. Many of the Redheads lives have been touched by these people. Whether it is a bell hop, server at the local bar, or a T-shirt vendor on the beach, we all need to help these Cabo locals.
Thanks for your consideration.

Some Things Just Aren't Meant to Be
Well Redheads, another one bites the dust. My girlfriend and I won't be making the trek to Cabo this year. Things went from bad to worse as time for Sammy got closer.
First, the friend that we met last year during Birthday Bash and was going to meet us there again this year, had a massive heart attack and died. Chip was 39 years old and was looking forward to his first Bash. Very sad.

Cabo San Lucas
If anybody is interested in checking out webcams of Cabo, especially the many of you that have never been down there, go to www.cabovillas.com and click on the webcams on the right side of the page. There are views of Medano Beach and Solmar Beach. They update every 5 seconds. These come in handy during the cold winter so I can daydream about being on the warm beaches of Cabo.

Birthday Bash Has Been Announced!
Well, Redheads, the Birthday Bash 2010 has been announced and I'm pretty stoked! I've already got my hotel and airline tickets.
We'll be staying at the Playa Grande this year because Solmar is being rebuilt. For those of you who never stayed at the Solmar, it was the last bastian of old Cabo San Lucas hotels. Small and outdated, but all the hotel rooms had patios ON the beach. That's something you just can't get anymore. Playa Grande is Vegas BIG. I guess I should just embrace change and move on.
