Kim I think you know how much you are still loved even in heaven. We are all gonna miss you. I send my love and condolances out to your family. I know what it is like to loose someone you love. No matter how you try to escape the feeling of loss and sorrow it takes time to be able to wake up in the mornings and have a smile on your face with your memories but thanks to God giving us the ability to grieve someday they will smile with those memories. until we meet in heaven I will smile with my memories of you. This is why I love you so much Sammy!!
I was so very lucky to be able to call her my friend. I met Kim in the late 90's and we immediately became friends, mainly because of the love for you~however, it was not hard to be her friend. It was a pleasure to be her friend!!!
She was my Cabo/Sammy mentor. My first trip to Cabo (2000), Kim got there before us and had tickets waiting for us when we arrived that first night to see you. We had so much fun that year!! She showed us around Cabo and we've been to all of your shows here in St. Louis together. From the Side Door to the DVD release party, to the Pageant to the Fox and Riverport.
I told her on Friday night, before she got her RED wings, that her and I will be on that beach again, toes in the sand and drinking tequila, and listening to your music, AND I guarantee that will happen. She will be missed by many, and whenever you make your way back to St. Louis, she will be there, with us and with YOU!!! Keepin' It Red In St. Louis, Julie "JuJu" DeClue

Red Love to Cabo Kim she was the sweetest Redhead I knew... God Bless her as she went to heaven at 8:05 Last Friday Night. We will miss you Kim.... You touched many lives in so many positive ways.

Thank you so much for taking time out to honor my mother now in in her afterlife. During the last 60 days of her life she was able to attend the Chickenfoot concert in St. Louis, and was lucky enought to have a meet and greet with Sammy which was one of the items on her bucket list. She was diagnosed with a terminal cancer, and was continuing to fight, but her body just couldn't keep up with the internal fight that she had. As her family we knew that she would want go out in style so she was removed from the ventalator and passed on Friday January 6th at 8:05PM (Her Time to ROCK). She now has her forever front row seat to her concert in heaven. I can only extend my gratitude to all the Red Heads, to Sammy himself and his staff. You have all made my mothers life a wonderful and rockin world. We are forever grateful. Althought the pain of our loss is very real. We find great comfort in knowing all the friends she has made and lives she has touched and those that have touched ours during this time it gives us comfort to know that she was not only our angel but a true angel that has been called home.
