I was very fortunate to be a friend of Ed Leffler,Sammy Manager for year's...Helped Ed promote Van Halen,and became friends with Sammy....Enjoyed my time with Sammy,A true gentleman and introduced Sammy to his wife in VA.Beach, in the Fun day's of Van Halen...RIP my old friend Ed Leffler...Can't wait to read Sammy's Book!! finished sammy's book a couple days ago. pretty cool to get more insight into someone who i've spent so many hours listening to. and it sounds like your friend was a hell of a guy.
