Roseville the other night was one of the best times I've had in a long time. What a great night - I haven't done two shows in one night since the Montrose days- ha! Having Montrose for the first set, then some solo stuff & some VH stuff all for the outdoor concert, and then going inside with Vic, Aaron and Mona and doing a whole acoustic set -- ouch!! But it was a blast, the fans seemed really happy, and I'm certainly happy! All I can say is: Redheads welcome to the Island!

PS I plan on doing a lot more things like that there at the Island and I want to thank the city of Roseville for allowing an event like that happen - it was awesome!

Thank you,
Sammy, at your service.

This past Saturday night, Sammy Hagar had a concert in downtown Roseville. Barb M.was in the audience. During the concert Barb noticed a man who was in distress a couple of feet away. The man collapsed but was caught and ushered to the ground by Barb. She could not find a pulse and started CPR. The man was revived and insisted he was ok. His wife later mentioned to Barb that her husband had a history of a slow heartbeat. The man remained at the concert, minutes later the situation was repeated, Barb again performed CPR successfully. Paramedics arrived shortly after and transported. Barb remembers the scene being chaotic but was focused on the patient and barley remembers her surroundings with the exception of a woman who knelt next to the man while Barb was doing CPR. Barb remembers telling the woman she is a cardiac nurse!!!!!

Barb saved a life not once, but twice. She was aware of her surroundings, competent in her abilities and willing to step up and get involved. When asked to repeat the story, she underplays what she did.

Barb missed much of the concert while she was saving a life. Can anyone offer her some tickets, or something? She sure deserves it!

The show was off the hook. Flew up from Los Angeles for the show, yes Redheads are crazy. The fans were awesome and Sammy, Vic, Bill, Denny and Mona even better. More photos shortly.
