The Tesoros has been under a big boycott in Cabo for probably three years! I have heard only bad things about the place...I would look elsewhere if I were you!

Tesoro ( now renamed Wyndham Cabo San Luca Resort) does have an all inclusive package. It is a nice place for the price. The food isn't too bad, and it is within walkin distance of Cabo Wabo.
As far as I know, Tesoro does not have an all inclusive deal. Cabo has too many good restaurants to limit yourself to just one place to eat all the time. Check out trapperscabolist.com. It has reviews and listings of most of the restaurants there.
