Samson and Hagar

How come Sammy has never mentioned this project from 1967?

I really don't think that Sammy is singing on this track, but I may be wrong. Maybe he is singing harmony and playing guitar?
Anyway, it's a cool song and a very mysterious chapter in the life of The Red Rocker.

I also have the 45 single of Samson & Hagar! Any link to the interview where he mentions this? Thanks!
Hi, Thought you might like to know the backing band for the Samson & Hagar 45 was a band called the "The Peppermint Trolley Company". They were a band from California that recorded in the mid to late Sixties, releasing several singles, including the hit record, “Baby You Come Rollin’ Across My Mind" and an LP, “The Peppermint Trolley Company", which has become a cult classic. The band members all hailed from Redlands, California, and were: Danny Faragher, Jimmy Faragher, Greg Tornquist, Casey Cunningham, and, for a time, Patrick McClure. All the recordings were produced by Dan Dalton, the same guy who produced Samson & Hagar!

wow that's really cool, thanks for the link. Yeah definitely doesn't sound like him on lead vocal. Definitely one for the trivia vault!!
He has...I heard an interview not too long ago when he was asked about it & talked a little on it! I have the original 45 in my collection!
