Is there a pre sale code for the "Fan Club" presale this Wednesday for the Orlando show? If yes how do I get it? Is there a "Fan Club" to join or is this it is Redheads? Also are there any extra packages like meet and greet or on stage behind the band or dinner? Thanks!
